Job Description:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions that enable critical business processes across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and global delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and custom solutions.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security models.
• Develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Business Process Flows, Custom APIs, and Web Resources.
• Implement Model-Driven Apps and Power Apps solutions to support business processes.

Integration & Data Management:

• Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, Azure services, and other business applications.
• Develop REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and middleware integrations.
• Support data migration, synchronization, and master data management initiatives.

Power Platform Development:

• Develop solutions using:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• Dataverse
• Power BI
• Automate business processes and improve operational efficiency through low-code and pro-code solutions.

Solution Delivery & Support:

• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Micron development standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Collaborate with global teams during Agile sprint ceremonies and release activities.

DevOps & Governance:

• Manage solution deployments using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience in:
• Dynamics 365 CE
• C#
• .NET Framework/.NET Core
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Dataverse
• Power Platform
• SQL Server
• Experience developing:
• Plugins
• Workflows
• Custom APIs
• Business Process Flows
• Integrations
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security, and deployment models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP ERP and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or supply chain platforms.
• Azure DevOps CI/CD experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed enterprise organization.
