For over 50 years, The Galley Hatch has been a cornerstone of the Seacoast community, serving up fresh seafood, classic American favorites, and irresistible treats from our in-house bakery. As our Morning Baker, you'll play a vital role in crafting the baked goods that our guests know and love. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing doughs, batters, and other bakery items following our tried-and-true recipes.
• Baking products to perfection with consistency and care.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe bakery workspace.
• Ensuring all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

We’re searching for a dependable, hands-on individual who takes pride in their work. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• 3 years of baking or kitchen experience (preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!).
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Availability for early morning shifts, with weekend and holiday availability preferred.
