SanZie Healthcare Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support in the home of the client, as outlined in their ISP and Service Plan. If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and have a knack for supporting personal growth and development, we want to hear from you!HoursMonday through Friday: 4 pm - 8 pmWeekends: Flexible for community outingsNote: When school is out, the schedule will be from 10 am to 6 pmSalary Range$14.00 - $15.00 per hour (Based on Experience)Total HoursMinimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assist with grooming, showering, hygiene, and hair care.Domestic/Household Assistance: Teach and assist with cooking simple meals, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom, dishwashing, room cleaning, and laundry.Health and Safety Care: Remind and assist with medications, physical exercises, daily range of motion, stretching, and walking.Documentation: Accurately document daily progress according to the client's service plan and IEP.Community Assistance: Facilitate community engagement, social activities, appointments, grocery shopping, and various recreational events (movies, church, horseback riding, plays, concerts).Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any questions or concerns about the client and/or family.Support: Encourage and support the client's growth, learning, and development both at home and in the community.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Ability to read and write in English.Must be punctual and possess a valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance.CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross is required.Current TB test.Excellent communication skills are essential.Additional RemarksFlexibility and the ability to adjust work habits based on feedback are crucial.Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.If you are enthusiastic about providing support and care, and you meet the qualifications listed, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
