About the Role
As a Patient Coordinator at The Things We Do, you will be the heartbeat of our client experience, ensuring every individual feels valued and cared for from the moment they step into our serene spaces. Your role is multifaceted: you'll provide exceptional customer service, support our team with administrative tasks, and guide clients in discovering the perfect skincare products tailored to their unique needs. Your ability to connect with clients and provide personalized service will be essential in creating lasting relationships and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome Clients with Warmth : Create a positive and uplifting experience for every client.
- Appointment Coordination : Schedule appointments seamlessly across all The Things We Do locations.
- Product Expertise : Provide detailed insights into treatments and skincare products.
- Sales and Recommendations : Confidently recommend and sell skincare products, leveraging your knowledge to meet clients' needs.
- Financial Management : Handle sales transactions securely and efficiently.
- Retail Ambiance : Maintain the aesthetic appeal of our retail lobby.
- Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date on ongoing specials and promotions to share with clients.
- Build Relationships : Foster genuine connections with clients to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Team Communication : Ensure smooth communication of appointment details with providers and medical assistants.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional Communication Skills : The ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
- Sales Savvy : A strong sales background with a proven ability to build client relationships.
- Customer Service Experience : Previous roles in customer service, retail, or reception, or medspa experience.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, etc.
- Multitasking Mastery : The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset : A genuine, positive attitude with a focus on finding solutions.
- Knowledge of Skincare Trends : Staying updated on the latest skincare trends and developments.
We are looking for a minimum of 2-3 years experience within customer service, receptionist, retail sales, and administrative history.
Ability to Relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90021: Relocate before starting work (Required)
