NOW HIRING: SUB-ARC WELDERS – CLAREMORE, OK ?
? Pay: $20-$28 per hour DOE
? Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift and Night Shift Available

HireCall  is currently seeking experienced Sub-Arc Welders for a reputable vessel/header shop in Claremore, OK. Candidates must have strong Subarc welding experience and the ability to produce high-quality X-ray welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

? Weld Test:
• 1G-R on pinwheel
• 4” or 6” beveled pipe
• MIG root / Flux fill & cap
• Carbon steel

Responsibilities:
• Produce X-ray quality welds using SUBARC welding processes
• Detect faulty equipment or defective materials and notify supervisor
• Select proper equipment and plan layouts, assemblies, and welding sequences
• Safely operate overhead (OH) cranes
• Inspect work pieces and verify conformance to specifications using measuring tools and templates
• Set up welding machines and welding guns, including assembly/disassembly of welding tips
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Subarc welding experience in a vessel/header shop
• Must be proficient in reading blueprints
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to develop templates and models using mathematical calculations from blueprints/drawings
• Sub-arc welding experience is required
