Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce products at specified cycle rates

Remove finished products from machines and inspect for defects

Trim excess material (flashing) from molded parts to meet quality standards

Stack and organize completed products for further processing or packaging

Assemble components (e.g., wheels or parts) as required after molding

Monitor machine performance and report any issues or inconsistencies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency

Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate or learn molding equipment

Ability to stand for extended periods during shift work

Willingness to work assigned shifts (1st or 2nd shift schedules)

Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent production output

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support assembly and production tasks
