We're looking for a customer-focused, sales-driven Studio Manager who is excited to take ownership of the business, develop a strong team, and help grow the Orangetheory brand in our community. You'll lead from the front. You'll know our members by name, celebrate their milestones, coach and motivate your sales team, build relationships within the community, and make sure every person who walks through our doors receives an exceptional experience. When goals are set, you'll create the plan to achieve them — and then work alongside your team to surpass them. What You'll Do As Studio Manager, you'll help lead all aspects of studio sales and operations, including: Drive membership sales and studio revenue Lead, coach, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to performance goals Create an exceptional experience for prospective members from their first interaction through their first class and beyond Build strong relationships with existing members and support member retention Recruit, train, develop, and support team members Manage daily studio operations and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained Track key performance indicators and use results to identify opportunities for improvement Execute local marketing, lead-generation, and community outreach initiatives Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners Celebrate member milestones and create a fun, energetic studio culture Identify problems, troubleshoot solutions, and follow through until issues are resolved Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional studio environment Partner with leadership and the fitness team to continuously improve the member and employee experience What We Are Looking For We're looking for a leader who brings both energy and accountability . Our ideal candidate has: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong sales and customer-service instincts Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team An enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition Strong organizational and time-management skills The ability to take ownership and follow through Comfort working toward measurable sales and performance goals A passion for health, wellness, and helping others A team-first mentality A willingness to learn, grow, receive feedback, and be held accountable The flexibility required to lead a customer-facing fitness business Experience in sales, fitness, hospitality, retail, customer service, or people management is strongly valued.
