General Laborer - 1st & 2nd shift - Direct Hire - Up to $20/hr

Looking for a steady full-time job with weekends off, great benefits, and room to grow? Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Bow, NH , is hiring General Laborers to join their team on a direct hire basis.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in warehouse, construction, landscaping, moving, manufacturing, or other physically active work environments. Training is provided for motivated and dependable candidates.

Location: Bow, NH

Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour to 90-day performance evaluation conducted, potential to earn more!)

Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30PM-1:00AM (Friday's Off)

Direct Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Move, stack, and package materials throughout the facility
• Load raw materials into production equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with production and material handling tasks
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Experience We Value

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on concrete floors and in varying temperatures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
