What You’ll Be Doing

\n

\n
• Own and grow relationships with existing key customers, finding and developing new customers
\n
• Drive the full sales cycle: qualify leads, build proposals, follow up, and close deals
\n
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
\n
• Track your progress in our CRM (HubSpot) and contribute to continuous improvement
\n
• Represent PMC-STS at leading regional and national trade shows
\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
\n
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in sensors
\n
• Great communicator – both in person and in writing
\n
• Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) across North America
\n
• Knowledge of pressure sensor technology (pressure, level, temperature, flow, and analytics) or related fields is a must
\n
• CRM-savvy (HubSpot experience preferred)
\n
• Proactive, self-driven, and a strong team player
\n
