What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality pediatric critical care for patients from birth to 18 years old in the ICU setting
• Support staff with NP availability during daytime and evening shifts
• Conduct patient rounds and assessments during scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care using Cerner EMR system
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and hospital policies

What You Need

• Active Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
• Arizona medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA certification
• BLS and PALS certifications
• At least 5 years of PICU experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
