Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Master the art of specimen collection, including phlebotomy, for at least 25% of your scheduled hours—becoming a pro at making patients feel comfortable and confident.
- Process and transport laboratory specimens and materials like a well-oiled machine, following established procedures to keep everything running smoothly.
- Get hands-on with point of care testing and nail accurate order entry—your precision directly powers better patient outcomes!
- Bring your A-game to every interaction with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers, delivering professional and courteous service that makes their day better.
- Keep safety and proficiency at the forefront while handling specimens for all patient age groups—because excellence is non-negotiable.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Minimum of six months of phlebotomy experience
