Career Navigator for Vocational Rehab & Job Placement
Gesher Human Services
Gesher Human Services in Southfield, MI seeks a Career Navigator to manage intake, schedule participants, and deliver detailed progress reports. You will act as case manager and primary contact throughout the participant program, solving issues and guiding participants toward vocational goals. You will collaborate with job coaches and Rehab Director to develop individual service plans, coordinate transportation, and maintain documentation ensuring compliance with standards and timely reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gesher Human Services
