We are looking for a motivated Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Accounting team. This individual will play a key leadership role in overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
* Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
* Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
* Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
* Maintain and strengthen SOX compliance and internal control processes
* Partner with Finance, FP&A, Internal Audit, and business leaders across the organization
* Analyze financial results and investigate variances
* Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through automation and continuous improvement
* Support internal and external audit activities
* Mentor, coach, and develop accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative team environment
* Participate in special projects, system implementations, and strategic finance initiatives

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* CPA designation strongly preferred
* 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
* Prior experience leading or supervising accounting teams
* Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
* Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
* Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
* ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

Preferred Experience
* Fortune 500 or large corporate accounting environment
* Public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) experience
* Experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives
* Financial reporting and audit support experience
