Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

This role involves acting as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and operating the cash register. In the absence of management, responsibilities extend to authorizing refunds, managing cash, monitoring security, and completing documentation. Candidates should have strong mathematical skills , knowledge of cash handling and safety policies, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to follow visual merchandising guidelines. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory or related experience .
