As a Concierge, you will help bring that mission to life by creating a welcoming environment, supporting residents and families, and helping the community run smoothly.What You'll DoAs a Concierge, you will serve as a central point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members.You will:Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Assist residents and families with questions, requests, and general information.Welcome prospective residents and families and help create a positive first impression of the community.Monitor the front desk and lobby area to ensure it remains organized, welcoming, and professional.Assist with visitor sign-in and other front-desk procedures.Communicate messages accurately and promptly.Help coordinate resident requests and connect them with the appropriate team member.Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.Assist with mail, deliveries, packages, and other front-desk needs.Help communicate community activities, appointments, events, and other information to residents and families.Work closely with leadership and other departments to support a smooth resident and guest experience.Maintain confidentiality when handling resident, family, or team-member information.Stay calm and professional when responding to unexpected situations or changing priorities.Jump in wherever needed to help support the community.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who naturally enjoys helping people and understands how important a great first impression can be.The right candidate will be friendly, approachable, dependable, and organized.
