Position Summary
Established commercial HVAC contractor seeking a dependable technician to support Los Angeles County and North Orange County accounts. This position includes a mix of preventative maintenance, service calls, common repairs, and standard diagnostics on commercial equipment. Majority of work is in the LA territory with support from experienced leadership and a steady year-round customer base.
Responsibilities- Perform commercial HVAC maintenance and service
- Diagnose common electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and heating issues
- Service rooftop units, package units, split systems, and heat pumps
- Replace motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, filters, etc.
- Complete digital service tickets, notes, and photos
- Maintain organized truck stock
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- 4+ years HVAC field experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to work independently
- Dependable and professional
- Commercial HVAC experience
- RTU experience
- Experience with property management accounts
- VRF / controls exposure
Majority of dispatches in Los Angeles County, with some North Orange County work and occasional Riverside support.
