Responsibilities Your Role: The Tooling Technician is responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing tools and equipment to support efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role ensures tooling performance meets production demands by minimizing downtime, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The technician works closely with engineering and production teams while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established processes.
