Workday HR Specialist – Benefits & Reporting Location: Philadelphia, PA- 100% remote Hours: Must be able to work Eastern Time (ET) hours Contract role- 6 months to longer contract Pay Rate: $38/hr. on w2 No C2C, only W2 Candidates Key Responsibilities Create and maintain Workday reports and analyze HR/Benefits data. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and auditing to identify discrepancies. Analyze benefit contribution data and support data accuracy. Work with Payroll teams and Benefits vendors to investigate and resolve data-related issues. Utilize Excel to analyze, compare, reconcile, and report on large datasets. Assist with reporting and data activities related to an organizational transition/spinoff. Research data discrepancies and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders through resolution. Qualifications 3–5 years of HR/HRIS experience Hands‑on Workday experience Experience with Benefits data and/or Benefits administration Strong reporting and data analytics experience Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and auditing Ability to investigate and resolve HR/Benefits data discrepancies Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Preferred: Experience working with Payroll teams and Benefits vendors Workday reporting experience Experience handling large employee/HR datasets General technical/HRIS background What you didn’t know about us: Health, Dental and Vision Benefits 100% company-paid travel, temporary housing (Airbnb or equivalent), company credit card for approved expenses, and flights home every other weekend for non‑local candidates on long‑term assignments.
