About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee service operations in an assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the implementation of effective growth strategies and processes that drive business growth and profitability. This key senior management role involves fostering a culture of safety and health, leading service operations to meet and exceed sales and business goals, and collaborating with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans. The SVP will also be tasked with building and leading high-performing teams, evaluating performance through data and metrics, and ensuring that the service operations align with the company's mission and core values. Applicants for the SVP of Operations position at the company should have a four-year degree in business or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience and education. The role requires experience in complex matrix organizations, exceptional leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming or redesigning business functions and structures, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. A strong focus on safety, accountability, and a respectful, constructive leadership style is essential. The position also demands the ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, and to work flexible hours as needed.
