Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Deliver genuine hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming environment
• Engage guests with enthusiasm
• Build meaningful connections to create memorable guest experiences
• Uphold and encourage the restaurant's vision and values
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively as a dependable and adaptable team member
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
• Remain on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas
• Be open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
• May be required to work at multiple restaurant locations based on business needs
• Other duties as assigned
