Part Time Night Auditor

Fulljob description Introduction We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team atour hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front deskduring the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, andcompleting daily financial and operational tasks to ensure the smooth operationof the hotel. The successful candidate will have excellent customer serviceskills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guestcheck-ins and check-outs Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely andprofessional manner Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurantreservations Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handlingpayments and issuing keys Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconcilingthe guest ledger and completing shift reports Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters andrestocking supplies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role ispreferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as MicrosoftOffice and reservation management systems Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends andholidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaizen Lab Inc.
