At GT Medical Technologies, our Manufacturing Technicians play a critical role in producing innovative medical devices that improve patient outcomes. We are seeking candidates at all experience levels, from those beginning their manufacturing careers to experienced technical leaders.

This position may be filled at the Manufacturing Technician I, II, III, or Senior Manufacturing Technician level. Placement and compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, skills, and demonstrated capabilities.

Manufacturing Technician I

• Entry-level to early-career manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Interest in regulated manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement. 

Manufacturing Technician II

• Experience working in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Ability to work independently and assist in training newer technicians.
• Support multiple production processes and manufacturing areas. 

Manufacturing Technician III

• Advanced manufacturing experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and prioritize workflow.
• Experience supporting validations, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capability. 

Senior Manufacturing Technician

• Extensive manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device or regulated industries.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across manufacturing operations.
• Lead complex production activities and provide technical guidance.
• Drive process, quality, safety, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Ability to operate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Satisfactorily pass comprehensive background screening.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Clean room experience.
• Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Radiation-controlled manufacturing experience.
• Associate degree or technical training.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Works in office space, supply room, laboratory, and/or clean room environments.
• Frequent exposure to hazardous materials requiring appropriate PPE and precautions when working with hazardous materials and chemicals.
• Requires frequent finite hand/eye coordination.
• Largely a stationary role with some moving from place to place.
• Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor and other office equipment.
• Frequent use of laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
• Occasionally picks up, carries, and moves items up to 50 lbs.
• Some evening and weekend work depending upon workload.
