Position Summary:

• Coordinate patient scheduling across multiple locations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive patient experience.
  
  

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information and adhere to privacy and compliance standards.
  
  

• Demonstrate strong communication, phone, and computer skills when interacting with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and leadership.
  
  

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment by effectively prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilities.
  
  

• Exercise sound judgment, work independently, and accurately document information while making informed scheduling and operational decisions.
  
  

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to keyboard proficiently.
  
  

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively while scheduling patients for various exams
  
  

• Knowledge of and experience in using radiology-related computer systems (RIS/PACS), preferred.
  
  

• Experience working in a medical setting preferred.
  
  

• Attention to detail
