Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) order pickers efficiently and safely. 

• Utilize departmental operating systems to accurately select parts and fulfill customer orders. 

• Inspect parts for damages, ensuring quality control. 

• Package and label parts for shipment, maintaining organization and accuracy. 

• Sort parts into designated lanes or areas based on printed labels. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. 

• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies swiftly and effectively. 

• Replenish supplies on assigned PIT or pick carts to ensure smooth workflow. 

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. 

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success. 

Qualifications: 

• 6+ months experience in a similar role within a warehouse or industrial setting 

• Experience operating PIT equipment 

• Knowledge of workflow processes related to inventory and order picking 

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills 

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. safely. 

• Strong team player with a flexible, motivated attitude. 

• Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
