Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Piedmont Macon Hospital Inc Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 18.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: Evening Shift (United States of America) Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! Support the housekeeping (EVS) department leadership to maintain a high level of cleanliness and consistency throughout all areas of the hospital. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

• Wage: $18/hour
• Full-time position available
• Evening shifts available
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
• Location: Piedmont Macon Hospital Inc.- EVS

Responsibilities * Oversee team members and assign cleaning duties to ensure coverage of all areas

• Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control programs
• Manage supplies and ensure team members have the equipment necessary to

complete job assignments

• Assist with payroll and administrative duties as assigned
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital as needed to ensure full coverage
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate

efficiently Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• GED or high school diploma
• Experience as a supervisor preferred
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services,

custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare) Physical Requirements * Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift * Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift

• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of
