Role: Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Status: Per-Diem

Location: Beverly Hospital | Beverly, MA

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping patients achieve sustainable health transformations? Join Beth Israel Lahey Health as a Per-Diem APP in our multidisciplinary Weight Management Program.

You’ll play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, managing anti-obesity medications, and providing vital counseling on nutrition and behavior change.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate & Treat: Develop individualized plans for patients with overweight and obesity.

• Collaborate: Work alongside a top-tier team of physicians, dietitians, and behavioral health specialists.

• Innovate: Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement.

• Empower: Provide the education and support patients need to improve long-term health outcomes.

Requirements

• Certification: PA or NP certification.

• Licensure: Massachusetts license (by hire date).

• Skills: Ability to perform independent clinical activities with confidence.

Pay Range:

$54.70 - $74.40

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
