Responsibilities

• Sales Training :Engage in intensive sales training programs to master insurance product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Lead Generation :Learn to identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Client Presentations : Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products.
• Client Follow-Up : Develop skills in following up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Sales Strategy Development :Participate in strategy sessions to design and implement effective sales tactics tailored to target markets.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze sales performance to understand effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all sales practices comply with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Experience :Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus, but not required
• Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Personal Attributes :Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity : Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Licensing :Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
