Personal Injury Case Manager

The Personal Injury Case Manager will manage a caseload of personal injury files from initial client contact through settlement, with a focus on client communication, medical treatment, insurance claims, case preparation, and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have personal injury experience and be comfortable working directly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Job Responsibilities Manage a caseload of bodily injury cases from start to finish Investigate and analyze cases to determine appropriate next steps Locate and interview witnesses, review police reports and medical records, and conduct necessary research Monitor client medical treatment and communicate with medical providers Prepare and send demand packages Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial by organizing evidence and drafting pleadings Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Maintain frequent communication with clients and keep them informed of case status Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, opposing counsel, and other parties Ensure clients understand and approve actions being taken on their behalf Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Maintain organized case files and handle administrative responsibilities Supervise support staff and delegate tasks as needed Maintain compliance with applicable legal and ethical requirements Qualifications Some experience or exposure to personal injury law preferred Experience handling bodily injury cases from start to finish preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently Ability to work effectively as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–5 years of professional experience working directly with clients preferred Experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma preferred Familiarity with community resources and referral processes preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred About The Company Our client is a well-established personal injury law firm with 30+ years of experience and a strong reputation.
