ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER Job Description The Assistant Manager is a working leader responsible for supporting daily operations, leading shifts, and maintaining BEAST standards during high-volume service. This is a lead-from-the-front role — you are expected to jump in, run the line, support the team, and hold standards without hesitation. You will work directly under the Restaurant Manager to ensure the operation runs efficiently, the team performs, and every guest gets the BEAST experience.
