This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service, building client relationships, and contributing to a strong sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling
- Drive sales and consistently work toward individual and store goals
- Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Maintain a polished and welcoming sales floor
- Support visual merchandising and product replenishment
- Assist with shipments, inventory, and stockroom organization
- Support store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an elevated client experience
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Luxury, xxzpjkt fashion, or premium retail experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and client-focused
- Professional, polished, and personable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
