Nursing Supervisor (3-11) - Ocoee, FL

Job Summary:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. You will collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide guidance and support to staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

• Provide guidance and support to staff members, including orientation and training

• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field

• Current Florida RN license

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
