Community Health Resources in Manchester, CT, is seeking a Housing Support Specialist II to provide direct case management, housing stabilization planning, and supportive services to participants in the HERO program. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years’ experience with homelessness or housing programs, and a valid driver’s license.
