Claims Administrative Assistant

Administrative Support Role

Administrative support role within the Claims & Legal organization at Oncor. Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional comfortable handling confidential information, supporting workflow coordination, document management, and assisting a visually impaired team member in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Claims and Legal teams
  • Maintain office workflows, records, and claims documentation
  • Prepare/respond to email inquiries regarding damage claims
  • Enter and update claims data in the claims processing system
  • Review new claim packets for completeness and compliance
  • Compile itemized cost breakdowns and claims data analysis
  • Coordinate check copies, claim details, and assignments with agencies/law firms
  • Maintain Claims SharePoint site content and resources
  • Serve as backup support for Corporate Administrative Assistants

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
