I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm since 1994, gaining experience in agency management and claims before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of the University of Mississippi, married, the proud father of four, grandfather of two, and family is at the center of everything I do. Serving others extends beyond the office. I'm actively involved in my local church and enjoy giving back through community service. Building strong relationships with our customers and community is one of the most rewarding parts of this career. Our agency offers licensing reimbursement, professional development, career growth opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and excited to grow with our agency while making a difference for our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Shawn Wilkins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
