What You'll Be Responsible For As our Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while ensuring our technicians have the tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles they need to succeed. Responsibilities include: Oversee all warehouse operations, inventory control, and material organization Purchase, order, receive, and stock materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Coordinate fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, registrations, inspections, and equipment readiness Prepare and stock technician vehicles with parts, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse Work closely with leadership, dispatch, and field teams to ensure seamless operations Develop and improve warehouse processes for greater efficiency and accountability Track inventory usage and help control purchasing costs What We're Looking For 3+ years of warehouse management experience Strong background in inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and warehouse organization Experience coordinating or managing company fleet vehicles Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Able to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience in the residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry Experience supporting multiple trades is a major plus Experience with ServiceTitan preferred Forklift certification or experience is a plus Why Join Sergeants Electric? $65,000 annual salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Out and paid holidays Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization A team-oriented culture where your contributions make a real impact every day Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. * I WILL NOT require sponsorship now or in the future.
