Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.07 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify security‑related concerns and/or policy violations. Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and building conditions while helping to support established property rules, tenant expectations, and after‑hours access procedures. Complete routine reports, incident records, and shift communications to help maintain awareness of daily operations, notable events, and/or security‑related issues at the location. Minimum Requirements: Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred. Access control and/or badge experience preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
