Staff Operational Excellence Engineer

Senior Analyst role in manufacturing assembly focused on operational excellence and process improvement. Position involves developing strategic plans, leading improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and driving performance across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic improvement plans for manufacturing areas and supply chain processes
- Lead and implement lean and Six Sigma projects from conception through systematization
- Monitor performance measures and establish targets aligned with plant strategy
- Train personnel on process improvements and change management initiatives
- Report on project status, results, and impact to plant management and coordinate periodic reviews
Requirements
- Expertise in JJPS tools, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing systems
- Experience in manufacturing operations and process improvement
- Knowledge of product costing and supply chain management
- Understanding of quality procedures, safety, and regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, FDA)
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across departments
