Employee Relations Partner (Global / Spanish Required) Fluent Spanish + global (multi-country) HR experience are required. We’re seeking an Employee Relations Partner to support a workforce across the Americas. This role focuses on managing complex ER cases, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico while aligning global standards with local requirements. What you’ll do: Handle investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions across multiple countries Act as escalation point for sensitive/high-risk employee relations matters Partner with Legal, HR, and business leaders on complex issues Analyze trends and drive proactive ER solutions Must-have: Spanish fluency (C2/native) Global or multi-country HR/ER experience Strong knowledge of U.S., Canada, and Mexico employment laws Experience managing high-risk ER cases Nice to have: Portuguese Great opportunity to work on impactful, global HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Oak Technologies
