Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Toledo W/Toledo E, OH (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products in the Toledo, Ohio territory. The role involves delivering clinical product knowledge to medical professionals, managing accounts, executing sales strategies, and navigating reimbursement complexities to drive appropriate patient access.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical benefits of Amgen products to physicians and healthcare providers to drive appropriate utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, medical education programs, and branded messaging
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions based on needs, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts
• Analyze sales effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and collaborate on territory planning with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate commitment to patient-centered product advocacy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years sales experience (Specialty Representative)
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales and/or clinical healthcare experience (Senior Specialty Representative)
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Knowledge of payer systems and reimbursement processes

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base (Specialty Representative); $115,036–$155,638 base (Senior Specialty Representative)
