Junior Finance Associate

Overview The firm's Finance team advises a broad range of market participants including corporate borrowers, issuers, private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks, private credit lenders, and other financial institutions on sophisticated financing transactions. Associates handle complex domestic and cross-border matters, specifically acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, reserve-based lending facilities, bridge loans, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured term lending, working capital facilities, and other debt financing arrangements. The team also advises issuers, underwriters, and institutional purchasers on secured and unsecured high‑yield debt offerings. The role offers hands‑on experience with a diverse mix of both lender- and borrower-side representations. Work involves high‑profile transactions across various industries such as energy, infrastructure, private equity, and financial services.
