Job Posting: General Manager at Wetzel's Pretzels

Location: University Town Center, La Jolla CA

Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour + tips + bonus opportunity upward of $5000/yr

Job Responsibilities: As a General Manager at Wetzel's Pretzels, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Driving sales growth through strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with the regional manager to achieve store goals and objectives.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the foodservice or retail industry.
• A track record of growing sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Knowledge of 401K matching programs and employee benefits is a plus.
