Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Primary Care physician to join an established clinic at PMG Cedar Mill. The role will support a primary adult patient panel, including patients with complex medical conditions. Both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians with an adult/geriatric focus will be considered.
Schedule and Work Setting
- Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
- 4 or 4.5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Located at PMG Cedar Mill, just off Highway 26, near Providence St Vincent Medical Center
- Collaborative clinic environment with an embedded advanced practice clinician (APC), on-site behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, and case‑management team

Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible
- Experience with adult patients preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to an adult patient panel
- Manage patients with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (APC, behavioral health provider, pharmacist, case manager)
