Long-Term Care Nursing Position
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support patient well-being through monitoring, treatments, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and medical staff to develop care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state.
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
- Ability to adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and compassion for patient care.
- Must have current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
- Ability to bring a valid state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
