HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

Cedar Park Group is hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Installers for a commercial construction project. 2+ years of experience and/ or recent sheet metal work experience required - with hands-on experience forming and installing metal ductwork for HVAC systems. A mix of skill levels is welcomed on-site, and we are actively looking to hire Sheet Metal Installers immediately. Shift/Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 Requirements (Mandatory & Desired) Apprentice level: Minimum 2+ year of HVAC sheet metal installation experience Must bring tools of the trade , including: Crimpers Sheet metal cutters Hammer Pliers Screwdrivers Tape measure (must be able to read accurately) Cut-resistant gloves Must have all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various job sites Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment Safety-minded with strong attention to detail Responsibilities Fabricate, cut, bend, and install sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and supervisor instructions Use trade tools to ensure accurate ductwork fabrication and secure fittings Assist with duct system layout and installation coordination on-site Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all jobsite safety procedures and project standards Support the team in completing installation tasks efficiently and on schedule Benefits PTO Vacation Pay Bonus Pay Health Insurance 401(k) Professional Development Employee Recognition Annual Appreciation Gifts Recognized Third-Party Leadership Training About Cedar Park Group Cedar Park Group is a woman-owned staffing firm that works directly with construction contractors.
