Full-Time Receptionist

Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Perry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team.

The receptionist is often the first person our customers interact with, whether they walk through our doors or call the dealership. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, stays organized, and understands the importance of creating a great first impression.

Previous dealership or receptionist experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership

• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

• Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member

• Assist customers with basic questions and help connect them with the right person

• Take clear and accurate messages when necessary

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties

• Receive and distribute mail, documents, and other dealership communications

• Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts, and dealership management

• Help maintain a positive and professional atmosphere throughout the dealership

• Assist with additional office and customer-service tasks as needed

Experience

Previous receptionist, administrative, dealership, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required .

We are more interested in finding someone who is dependable, friendly, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
