We're now seeking a highly skilled Instruction Designer to join our dynamic team and help us develop training materials for OSINT skills.

We're looking for a talented Instruction Designer to play a key role in producing curriculum design, organizing educational content, and providing e-learning module creation. As an Instruction Designer, you will be responsible for developing training materials, managing curriculum creation, and designing e-learning modules for OSINT skills.

Responsibilities:

• Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation
• Develops training materials, manages curriculum creation, and designs e-learning modules for OSINT skills
• Supports leading instructional development, establishes new tradecraft TTPs, and supervises training design

Required Skills and Education

• Junior : Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
• Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
• Senior : Master's degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience

Preferred Skills and Education

• Intelligence Community experience preferred.
• Instructional design supporting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or intelligence discipline desired.
