Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in PCU/Stepdown for a night shift position. This role requires you to have cardiac drip experience, including the ability to titrate and manage drips as it's a hardstop requirement. The position may require floating between units if overstaffed.Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)Weekends required: Yes, every other weekend.Responsibilities:Monitor and manage patients in the PCU/Stepdown unit.Administer and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.Maintain accurate patient records using Epic for charting.Provide patient education and support.Required Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in PCU/Stepdown nursing.Charge experience is preferred.Must have experience with cardiac telemetry.Certifications / Licensure:Current RN license (Compact license must be in hand at submission).ACLS and BLS certifications are required.NIHSS certification is a plus.
