Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Bachelor’s or Doctoral degrees acceptable if accredited and APTA-approved. Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred; must be able to work in patient homes and community settings. Experience with HCHB EMR preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations and weekly hour guarantee of 32–40 hours. Preferred Qualifications Prior home care experience and familiarity with home health documentation workflows. Comfort with mileage reimbursement processes for travel between patient visits. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:00–16:00 (client notes also reference 08:00–16:30 for schedule alignment). Weekly hours: 32–40 guaranteed. Coverage area: Epping care territory; clinician may travel within assigned coverage area. On-call/weekend requirement: no.
