Primary Care Physician Opportunity | Nebraska
Start Date: Immediate | Salary Range: $325,000 - $400,000
Family Medicine Physician – Rural Critical Access Hospital
We are looking to expand our primary care team at a 23-bed critical access hospital located in Broken Bow, NE. This community-oriented facility is in search of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to become part of a well-established medical group.
Position Highlights- Team: Collaborate with a dedicated group of 6 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Workflow: Begin with morning hospital rounds, followed by clinic duties.
- Patient Volume: Manage 16 to 20 patients daily.
- Services: Perform office-based procedures.
- Patient Population: Focus primarily on adult and geriatric patients, with potential to expand into pediatrics.
- Call: Participate in 1 weekday and 1 weekend call per month, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; must reside within 30 minutes of the hospital.
- Preferred: Board-certified in Family Medicine; Internal Medicine candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Board-eligible candidates will be considered.
- The ideal candidate should be community-focused and eager to establish long-term roots in the area.
- Earning Potential: Up to $500,000.
- Sign-on Bonus: $80,000.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 available.
