Part-Time Bookkeeper - Contract

Bookkeeper

Our direct client located in Boca Raton, FL has an immediate need for a bookkeeper for a part-time opportunity. This person will be required to work on-site one day a week. This role will be responsible for assisting the transition from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
2-3 years of experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
